The attractions are incredible, my favorite being Batman! Very themed and with incredible scenery, from the attractions to the characters 😄 The only thing missing is more directions and maps to guide you, but nothing that a good enthusiasm can't guide you to!
Superman's ride was so good and the park overall was enjoyable. Only thing I noticed was that some areas of the park only open late in the afternoon around 5 or so but other than that, enjoyable and worth visiting.
I bought skip-the-line tickets on the headout website and when I got to the park I had to pay extra for the speedy ticket. Otherwise, I loved everything and would go back.

3 people did not attend the park due to health reasons, I requested a refund and was told that because I had not purchased directly from the park it was not possible.
The water rides were super cool, we were cool all day, the Crazy Police Academy show was spectacular as always and the Ghotam attraction was awesome.
Few shadows, few showers. I thought the park had more attractions and shows. I spent the whole day in the park and left at 6pm because I had nothing else to do. The restaurant where I had lunch was super disorganized, with people complaining about delays in their orders. It was a huge mess. In short... I didn't see the parade because I left early.
I HAD A FANTASTIC DAY. FROM BUYING THE TICKETS ONLINE TO ENTERING THE PARK, VERY EASY. I CAN'T WAIT TO VISIT THEM AGAIN. I RECOMMEND
The park is a bit deteriorated, a facelift would give it more benefit when it comes to enjoy and live the experience. But for children very well
The attractions are very good! However, transport to and from the center of Madrid is expensive and poor. There should be more information and more buses.
After waiting 2 hours to ride a roller coaster, because it had problems after 2 laps with people, it was closed. I understand that safety is the main thing, but the park is supposed to do maintenance so that on the days it is open people can enjoy its full potential. The Warrens' house was the best, I laughed so much I wet my pants laughing, I really did! The food was good, but some of the attractions are a bit camouflaged in the midst of so much visual pollution. It was worth the experience, but it's once in a lifetime and that's enough.
We have lost a cell phone and have filed a claim and are waiting for a response.

The service and transfers were exceptional... But my children complained a lot about the time they had to leave the park (7pm). If the park closes at midnight, we could have spent at least 2 more hours there.
